Our Rent Me Now Buy Me Later is a simple scheme to help you move from renting into one of our homes marketed for sale.

Basically you commit to a 12 month AST and pay the rent on time each month.  At the end of the term you buy the house from us at a price agreed at the start of the term, or at any point throughout the term.  We give you half of the rent you have paid over the rental period back towards your deposit.

For Example, House is marketed at £85,000.  You pay the rent of £525 per month, on month 10 we issue notice that the tenancy will end.  We both instruct lawyers.  House sale to complete at the 12 month date.  We contribute £3150 towards your deposit, leaving you to save just £1100 for a 5% mortgage deal.
